# The Misfit of Demon King Academy - Parental Guide This anime follows a reincarnated demon king navigating a new world, featuring strong action violence throughout despite its TV-14 rating. While language and sexual content remain mild, the intense battle sequences and darker themes make it better suited for mature teens rather than younger children.

Anos Voldigord was a tyrannical Demon King that eradicated humans, spirits, and even the gods, but became bored of eternal warfare and reincarnated with dreams of a peaceful world. However, what awaited him in reincarnation after 2000 years were descendants who became too weak after being accustomed to peace, and all sorts of magic that deteriorated to the extreme. Anos enters Demon King Academy that gathers and educates those who are viewed as the reincarnation of the Demon King, but the academy could not see through his true powers and ends up branding him as a misfit.

High stimulus

This is a fast-paced anime action show with rapid scene cuts, intense battle sequences, and bright visual effects that would be overstimulating for infants and toddlers, and is designed for much older children anyway (TV-14 rating).

Stimulus rating reflects pacing, visual complexity, and sensory intensity — factors associated with attention development in children under 3. Learn more
